A creature with an Intelligence score of 2 or lower can't be affected by this spell. All other creatures within range must make an Intelligence saving throw, taking 8d6 Psychic damage and potentially becoming

.

Critical Success (+10). The target is unaffected.
Success. The target takes half damage and becomes Stupefied 1 until the end of its next turn.
Failure. The target takes full damage and becomes Clumsy, Enfeebled, and Stupefied 2 for 1 minute. An affected target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns to try and end these conditions on itself.
Critical Failure (–10). As failure, except the target takes double damage and becomes Stupefied 4 instead of Stupefied 2.
